Arrival and Departure
Please read the important information below before departure. Passengers, who do not meet the conditions below, will not get permission to travel with Norröna and will be considered as "no-show"; this means that the ticket will not be refunded.
Check-in times:
- On Saturdays: Check in opens at 12:00
- On Tuesdays (in high season): Check in opens at 08:30
Travelers with Norröna are asked to meet at check-in no later than:

Special needs
Passengers with special needs are kindly asked to meet at check-in no later than 2,5 hours prior to departure. Please inform us at check-in about your particular needs, and we will try to help you best (eg. let you park your car near the on-board elevator, help you to and from the disability cabin, etc.). While we do our best, you can expect waiting time in connection with departure and arrival.
Bring your Luggage with you
Deck is closed during the journey. Therefore, please bring the luggage you will need with you to your cabin. All passengers except the driver, are asked to use the gangway aboard the ship.
Frozen Goods
Passengers can carry up to 50 kg of frozen goods per booking without extra charge. For further information regarding the delivery of the frozen goods, please contact the check-in staff. Frozen goods must be labeled with the name and address of the owner.

Leaving the cabin
Passengers are requested to leave their cabin no later than 2 hours before arrival.
